From his work in Haiti, South Africa and Swaziland, Africa to the development, facilitation, and establishment of family/youth-oriented programs in the United States. Dr. Leathers served as Director of Turning Points Program for the District of Columbia and Director of the Mayor's Office of Religious Affairs in Washington, D.C. Currently, he is pastor of the historic Mount Vernon Church, located in Clayton. He is chairperson of the Green Blue Community and Church Advisory Board.
